We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process. Some irregularities like missing print, light and dark areas, fabric joint, little smudges are all a part of the block print process. Pictures used are actual photos of the products. However, please allow for minor variations in colour due to individual screen resolution.

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from us confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
All orders take 2 to 3 working days to ship from the warehouse. Delivery of all packages happens zone wise around the country and ideally takes 7 to 14 working days from shipping.
Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.
Some cities in North East India & J&K etc. may take a little longer.
In an off chance due to unforeseen reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience. We would definitely try our best to get your shipment delivered asap.
