How do I know once my order is confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from us confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. 

What is your Shipping Timeline?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.

All orders take 2 to 3 working days to ship from the warehouse. Delivery of all packages happens zone wise around the country and ideally takes 7 to 14 working days from shipping.

Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.

Some cities in North East India & J&K etc. may take a little longer. 

In an off chance due to unforeseen reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience. We would definitely try our best to get your shipment delivered asap.

How will I be able to track my order?

All orders placed with us start a process of a very stern Quality Check and fulfillment operations system.  The branding and packing is done for each order parcel and is done with utmost care.

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

How are orders placed on, delivered to me?

Once the order is placed, we ship the order through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed, logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email and an SMS informing you the details of the courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimated delivery dates via SMS and email.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. 

What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE SHIPPING all over India !

Express Delivery is available at an additional cost of Rs.150/product with delivery in 5-7 working days.

Express Delivery option is only available on Prepaid orders at the moment.

Do we have International Shipping?

Currently we ship all over India and soon shall be open for International/Global Shipping.

Do we have COD options?

Yes We do have a Cash on Delivery Option available for most regions all over India.

 Though COD is not available for orders value above Rs.1999

Why is the Cash On Delivery payment option not available at my location?

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. We would suggest making the payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

What payment options can I use?

For shopping with ease, our website offers you several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You can also pay via any UPI apps directly to us on the QR code. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us!

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.

What are Coupon Codes?

At any point we may have various offers running on the website for best discounts and offers for you. All coupons shall show on the payment page. No two Coupon codes cannot be clubbed together at any point.

What is the return policy ?

Before you return a Karishma product, please take a moment to understand how our products are   made. All our products are printed by traditional artisans resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Most of the processes are manual; hence if there are any irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not counted as a defect.

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx within 48 hours of receiving the order.

When can I return any product?

We are currently only offering Exchanges and no Returns.

  • Each order is eligible for an exchange only once.
  • Exchange can be of the same product (based on availability) or 

a different product of the same value.

  • Exchange can also be possible on higher value products where the difference 

amount shall be paid.

  • We only offer refunds in terms of Store credit which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

What is the return process?

Request to be made within 48hrs of order delivery with the parcel opening video and images of the issue on the product explaining the reason of exchange request have to be sent to us via email on

Without the opening video refunds, exchange or returns will not be entertained.  Please record your video while opening the parcel. While making the video proper name slip and docket number should be visible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original tags and invoices should be intact.

The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

How do I initiate Return/Exchange?

If unfortunately you have to return/exchange an order, please do so within 48hrs of delivery through No return or exchange request would be accepted if the request is raised after 48hrs.

What is the pick-up process?

Once we have initiated the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will pick up the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 5-7 days to get the shipment picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact. The pick-up boy would come check and pack the product along with the label.

When are Returns/Exchanges not possible?

Please note the exceptions in the return policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted/Sale products
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable
  • Parcel sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.

How will I get a refund for my return? When is the refund initiated?

We only offer refunds in terms of Store credit which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped and intimated to us on within 24hrs of order being placed.

 Any order cancellation refund shall be given in Store Credits that shall be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
